Power/Weapon: Rakki-rakki fruit! Otherwise known as the lucky-lucky fruit, grants the user the ability to tip probability in his favor. However, fate does not allow an imbalance between good and bad luck, therefore, the bigger the tip, the harder the hit when the 'bad luck' comes around to even things out.
Personality: Noah is an easy going guy who enjoys having fun. "Fun" meaning getting into mischief and trouble. He considers himself a 'Lady Killer" and will flirt consistently without fail with any girl which he finds attractive. He's always level headed and rarely loses his temper. He is a stubborn man and every knows when Noah is serious, there is no stopping him.
Physical Description: Noah is quite fit, but also quite agile and limber. His muscles do not prevent him from performing some acrobatic feats. He has several scars for various reason covering him from head to toe. A result of constant run-in's with 'bad luck'.
Bio: Originally from South Blue, Noah is actually descendant of a long line of usually well known Marines. His grandfather was one of the greatest Marine Captains of his era and his father, although he has not reached the rank of Captain yet, was well on his way as a First Mate. Everyone in the family was always so proud to be a part of it, a sentiment Noah did not share. He thought the constantly structured and scheduled life of a marine was boring and despite his families best efforts to push him in the same foot steps, Noah grew up a troublemaker. He detested rules and authority and skipped classes at the Young Marine Academy on a regular basis to go to the shore. There he met Israel the Fisherman, an ex-pirate who took him on fishing trips and told him many stories of the open sea. Noah decided at a young age that he wanted to be a great pirate, the kind who's adventure's were told for centuries. It wasn't until he had almost graduated from the Academy with top honors in swordplay and strategy at the age of 18 that he finally had the heart to tell his father his dream for freedom and adventure.
His father did not agree.
Enraged that his son would throw away the 'family tradition' he focused his rage on the man he thought responsible. Israel had seen it coming even before Noah came to warn him, tired and old he surrendered without a fight. Awaiting to meet death by hanging in the gallows with a wink and a smile, the Fearsome Pirate Israel's final words were simply, "Don't touch my fruit kid."
Being so young when he began his life of piracy Noah abused his powers and became famous at a rather young age, his reputation and his crew of strong pirates grew at a rate that was unheard of. In under a year his bounty had reached 99,999,999 Beli and he had successfully traveled on the Grand Line without defeat at the hands of another pirate crew. The bounty which had been set at one beli away from Noah being considered a Supernova was a defiant act of his Father's who refused to let his son be known as one of the most wanted Pirates alive. In an attempt to land that one Beli away from fame Noah, believing himself unbeatable, decided to set course to attack the Marine Headquarters.
As luck would have it, upon his arrival near the Marine Headquaters' coast his ship became stuck in a whirlpool, attacked by several sea monsters, and came under fire by an entire fleet of marine ships. Noah himself was struck by lightning and flung from his vessel, inevitably saving his life. Because of this he was never able to reach SuperNova Fame, his ship was destroyed and his whole crew was lost.
Other: Now at 23 Noah seeks to begin anew without abusing his power. Because of his age he is no longer considered a 'rookie' pirate, and as such becoming a supernova can no longer be achieved. But the experience of losing his last crew humbled him a great deal, he no longer seeks fame and merely enjoys the ride and adventure the sea brings him.

Could you be a little more specific/descriptive about your fruit choice??

Basically he can choose when to get lucky. He doesn't exactly know what will happen but something good always does.

I'll give a few examples.
In a duel against an evenly matched opponent, the opponent stepped on a board that was loose and his foot fell through just as he was about to land an attack, leaving him open for defeat.
While attacking another vessel he noticed a cannon ball headed straight for him with no time to move, one of his men lost their footing from the upper deck landing on Noah and saving his life.
Again against a captain of another pirate crew, Noah was ridiculously out matched by brute strength and was flung into the mast of the ship. Just as the opposing captain reached his arm back to strike and crush Noah's skull the crow's nest fell on top of him. Sparing Noah and giving him time to escape.
Basically in a life or death situation where death seems more likely, Noah's ability flips the probability so that he'll survive. He may not always win, but he'll live.

However, it has a draw back in that every time he uses it, depending on how heavily outmatched he was when he used it, he is hit by a stroke of 'bad luck' even things out.
Examples of that would be something like,
Immediately after defeating the opponent from my first example since they were actually very evenly matched, Noah steps on a nail as he walks off gloating over his victory.
Where as after escaping the Captain that surely would've crushed his skull he was stranded on a tiny island for a week with no food and little drinkable water.
Also as you can see in the History if he uses it too often some really nasty thing can happen.
I know it seems powerful, i was just trying to be as original as possible.
I have no qualms with changing it to something else completely if need be.
